What do you need to do?

Book or cancel an appointment

Find out how to request an appointment, who may be best placed to help you, and how to cancel an appointment you no longer need.

Order your repeat prescription

Order your repeat medication online using Patient Services. Please allow 3 working days and check with your nominated pharmacy before contacting the practice.

Check your test results

Call reception at any time between 10am and 5pm for your test results.

Request a sick note

Find out when you need a fit note, when you can self-certify, and how to request an extension.

Register as a new patient

Send us an online form

Use this for non-urgent admin requests, review forms, prescription access and appointment cancellations.

Need urgent help?

If someone is seriously ill or injured, call 999.
If the practice is closed and you need urgent medical advice, call NHS 24 on 111.
For minor illnesses, your community pharmacy may be able to help through Pharmacy First Scotland.
